Shipping and Delivery

Some items are too large or heavy for courier services. In these cases, in person delivery from Artisan Shop is available at an additional cost for out of Ottawa shipping. Included with the delivery is the assembly of the product, as well as having the product placed exactly where you would like to have it.

Free delivery is available for all products for up to 25 kilometres from downtown Ottawa.

For orders of $650 or more, delivery is available for up to 200 kilometres from downtown Ottawa.

For orders of $2500 or more, delivery is available for up to 500 kilometres from downtown Ottawa.
